“Better together.”
A camp culture built on acceptance, encouragement and support.
What is Camp Ultraviolet?
Camp Ultraviolet helps girls ages 7–13 grow their confidence, believe in themselves and discover their own unique glow.
Campers learn mental training alongside physical training through goal setting, teamwork, leadership, growth mindset, communication skills, mindfulness, emotional awareness and fun movement activities.
No skating experience? No problem.
For skating camps, no prior skating experience is needed, and skating equipment is provided with tuition.
More than a week of camp
Turn big dreams into clear, achievable next steps.
Practice responding to mistakes, setbacks and hard moments.
Learn how to notice strengths and build a more confident inner voice.
Build friendships through teamwork, communication and shared experiences.
A day at Camp Ultraviolet
Every day has its own surprises, but campers move through a familiar rhythm of connection, movement, learning and friendship.
No pressure to be perfect.
Just space to try, learn & glow.
Crafts, conversation and a simple intention help everyone settle in, feel included and start the day together.
Barre, Pilates, dance and other fun activities get campers moving, experimenting and discovering what strong can feel like.
Age-appropriate mental skills come to life through hands-on lessons about confidence, teamwork, communication and emotional awareness.
Lunch is intentionally unhurried — time to recharge, laugh and build the friendships that make CUV feel like a community.
Afternoons can include skating or another physical activity where girls practice curiosity, courage and being a beginner.
Mindful movement, stretching and reflection bring the energy down before the day ends with encouragement and plenty of high fives.
And tomorrow? A whole new glow.
Each day brings different skills, speakers and activities — while the supportive CUV rhythm stays familiar.

The heart of Camp Ultraviolet
CUV’s mission is to help girls build the awareness and foundation they need to grow stronger, happier and more confident.
“My hope is that introducing these principles will help girls build awareness and a solid foundation from which to grow.”
The why behind CUV
Kelly became passionate about taking a proactive approach to sport and performance psychology after studying how self-belief can change during puberty.
While earning her master’s degree, she saw how mental skills training could be engaging, age-appropriate and genuinely fun for girls as young as seven. From there, Camp Ultraviolet and its curriculum came to life.
The people behind the glow
Camp Ultraviolet is built by people who believe in helping girls grow stronger, more confident and more connected — on and off the ice.
